SUMMARY PUBLICATIONCITY OF ANAHEIMORDINANCE NO. 6625 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CHAPTER 17.08 (SUBDIVISIONS), CHAPTER 17.34 (DEVELOPMENT FEES) AND CHAPTER 17.36 (PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES AND VEHICLE EQUIPMENT IMPACT FEES) OF TITLE 17 (LAND DEVELOPMENT AND RESOURCES) OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE AND FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THIS ORDINANCE IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15060(C)(2), 15060(C)(3) AND 15061(B)(3) OF THE STATE CEQA GUIDELINES, BECAUSE IT WILL NOT RESULT IN A DIRECT OR REASONABLY FORESEEABLE INDIRECT PHYSICAL CHANGE IN THE ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY THAT IT MAY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND BECAUSE IT IS NOT A PROJECT AS DEFINED IN SECTION 15378 OF THE CEQA This ordinance amends Chapter 17.08 (Subdivisions), Chapter 17.34 (Development Fees) and Chapter 17.36 (Public Safety Facilities and Vehicle Equipment Impact Fees) of Title 17 (Land Development and Resources) of the Anaheim Municipal Code to update and conform the various provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code to the recent Development Impact Fee Justification Study and to bring up to date the various development impact fees applicable throughout the City of Anaheim including park in lieu fees, library impact fees and public safety impact fees.
