SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON AMENDING CHAPTERS 12.08, 12.16, 12.20, 12.35, 13.12, 13.32, 15.22, 16.32, AND 17.46 OF THE ANDERSON MUNICIPAL CODE TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO SPECIFIC FEES
Pursuant to Government Code Section 36933(c), the following constitutes a summary of Ordinance No. ____ introduced by the Anderson City Council on April 21, 2026 at a regular meeting and scheduled for consideration of adoption on May 5, 2026 at its meeting held in the City Council Chambers at 1887 Howard Street, Anderson, California.
The City of Anderson City Council seeks to delete and/or amend the above referenced chapters and sections of the Anderson Municipal Code to remove references to fees and/or penalties. The intent is to remove the specific fee amount from the code, but instead, reference the master fee schedule which will contain all fee amounts.
