The project site is located at Guenoc Ranch Site at 22000 Butts Canyon Road, Middletown (Primary) APN 014-310-09 (Primary), and Middletown Off-Site Workforce Housing at 21000 Santa Clara Road APN 014-380-09, Middletown; Applicant: Lotusland Investment Holdings, Inc. The ordinance is to make minor amendments to the Development Agreement that was previously approved by via Ordinance No. 3153 by the Board of Supervisors on October 21, 2025.
