ORDINANCE NO. 1750
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF SUTTER AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
PARCELS IN THE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 1500-25-070 of the Sutter County Zoning Code provides for amendments to the zoning map being made by adoption of an ordinance adopting a map deemed appropriate by the Board of Supervisors.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined it is appropriate to rezone Assessor’s Parcel No. 23-064-011 of the Board of Supervisors staff report for Project #U24-0017 dated May 12, 2026.
Therefore, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutter ordains as follows.
SECTION 1: The parcel reflected on the following map is rezoned as indicated:
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of 15 days from the adoption thereof, shall be published at least one time in the Appeal Democrat, a newspaper of general circulation.
SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, that portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and the holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
The forgoing ordinance was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutter, State of California, this 12th day of May 2026, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Boone, Flores, Ziegenmeyer, Bains, and Stephens
NOES: None
