SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH AMENDING SECTION 62 OF THE UKIAH CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO COMPENSATION OF MAYOR AND CITY COUNCILMEMBERS This ordinance will amend Section 62 of the Ukiah City Code to revise the monthly compensation of the Mayor and City Councilmembers, with a 5% increase to take effect following the November 2026 municipal election. The Ordinance was introduced by title only on April 15, 2026. The following were the roll call votes: AYES: Councilmembers Crane, Rodin, Criss, Orozco, and Mayor Sher. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None. The Ordinance is scheduled to go to Council for adoption on May 6, 2026. A copy is available for inspection on the City's website at: http://www.cityofukiah.com/meetings.
