NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY TO ESTHER ELOISE BURCH
First National 1870, a division of Sunflower Bank, N.A., as Trustee of the Timothy T. Burch Revocable Trust u/t/a/d January 21, 2019, gives the following notice:

The following property is presumed to beabandoned by Esther Eloise Burch, also known as Esther Brocious: one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the trust estate of the Timothy T. Burch Revocable Trust, amounting to $20,104.54.

The above-described property became payable to Esther Eloise Burch on or around April 8, 2020.

If the above-described property is not claimed by May 25, 2026, then the property will be delivered to the New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department pursuant to the New Mexico Uniform Unclaimed Property Act, NMSA (1978) Sections 7-8A-1 et seq.
