Main Street, Alhambra, CA 91801 APRIL 2026 Contact: Espy Corona, (626) 586-1771, espy.corona@lacda.org NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF FUNDING FOR NEW PROJECT PUBLIC NOTICE The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle project of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2025 June 30, 2026 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). FIFTH DISTRICT PROGRAM Agency Name: Los Angeles County Development Authority - Construction and Asset Management Division Program Name: One Stop Recovery Rebuild Center Project Number: 602835-25 CDBG Allocation: $640,055 Description: This new project will provide for the Altadena Wildfire Recovery Center (neighborhood facility) to facilitate the rebuilding and recovery efforts for the Altadena community. The public facility and improvement activity will provide tenant improvements to the leased space located at 735 East Altadena Drive, Altadena, CA. The HUD National Objective is Urgent Need due to the federal, state, and locally declared Disaster, under HUD Code 03E. This is a 7-day notice.
