DELTA DIABLO (a California Special District) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of Directors of Delta Diablo (District) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 4:30 pm, in the Board Room at 2500 Pittsburg-Antioch Highway, Antioch, CA 94509, to consider adoption of a Resolution to approve a report of Sewer Service Charges and Surcharges proposed to be collected on the Contra Costa County tax roll for each parcel of real property for Fiscal Year 2026/2027, and to authorize the placement and collection thereof, plus Sewer Service Charges for services and facilities furnished by the District which have become delinquent (including any late charges imposed thereon because of the delinquency), on the Contra Costa County tax roll. The District has filed with the District Secretary the report containing a description of each parcel of real property receiving sewer services from the District and the amount of the charge for each such parcel that will be collected on the County tax roll. The report of charges by parcel and proposed resolution are available to the public at the District's offices located at 2500 Pittsburg-Antioch Highway in Antioch, CA, and on the District's website at www.deltadiablo.org. At the Board of Directors Meeting, said Board will hear and consider protests and objections received against the report concerning the collection of Sewer Service Charges on the tax roll by parcel and resolution.
