NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Atwater on May 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the City Council Chambers located at 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, California, to consider the following:
 
Public hearing to make a consistency determination that the proposed Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years of 2026/27 through 2030/31 conforms to the goals and policies of the City's General Plan, as required by California Government Code section 65103 (c)
 
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and make comments, or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Secretary via e-mail at planning@atwater.org.  A copy of the Program to be considered is on file and open to public inspection at the City of Atwater Planning Division, 1350 Broadway Ave., Atwater, CA 95301.
