NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR WHERE: Planning Commission Hearing Room, 3091 County Center Drive, Auburn, CA 95603 WHEN: April 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter SUBJECT: PLN17-00235, Hum in Peace LLC Minor Land Division, Extension of Time, Supervisorial District 5 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parcel Review Committee Chair will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a request from the applicant, Cranmer Engineering on behalf of the property owner, Hum in Peace LLC, requests approval of a third, two-year Extension of Time for a previously-approved parcel map (PLN17-00235) to subdivide an approximately 28.9-acre parcel into three parcels consisting of 18.9 acres (Parcel 1), 5.0 acres (Parcel 2), and 5.0 acres (Parcel 3). The subject property, 072-081-069-000, is currently zoned F-B-X 4.6 AC. MIN. (Farm, combining minimum parcel size of 4.6 acres) and is located at 20465 Placer Hills Road in the Weimar area. This extension is the third and final extension and would establish a new expiration date of January 17, 2028. The Parcel Review Committee Chair will also consider a finding of consistency with the previously certified Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCN 2018102065) pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15168, and no additional environmental review is triggered per Sections 15162 through 15164.
