PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ANNUAL PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY (PHA) PLAN For Fiscal Year 20262027 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public review and comment period regarding the Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park's Annual Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for fiscal year 20262027 will begin April 20, 2026. Summary of 20262027 Annual PHA Plan The Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park's Annual PHA Plan outlines the actions and activities the Housing Authority will undertake in fiscal year 20262027 to provide affordable housing opportunities to persons of extremely low and lowincome categories, including the proposed modernization project of the Housing Authority owned 12unit Public Housing property located at 14317 E. Morgan Street, Baldwin Park. 45Day Public Review and Comment Period The draft Plan is available for public comment for a total of 45 days commencing on April 20, 2026, and concluding on June 3, 2026. Comments are requested to be submitted in writing to the Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park, attention Ryan Mulligan, (626) 8697500 ext. 496.
