Summary of 2026-2027 Annual PHA PlanThe Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park’s Annual PHA Plan outlines the actions and activities the Housing Authority will undertake in fiscal year 2026-2027 to provide affordable housing opportunities to persons of extremely low and low-income categories, including the proposed modernization project of the Housing Authority owned 12-unit Public Housing property located at 14317 E.
