Notice is hereby given that the Cathedral City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following:

PROPOSAL
Installation of an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility, including a 75-foot monopalm, ancillary ground-mounted equipment, and landscaping, at the southwest corner of the parking lot for an existing multi-tenant commercial building on a 1.46-acre property within the PCC (Planned Community Commercial) zoning district.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
The proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to the Class 3 Categorical Exemption (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) set forth in Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines.
All information regarding the proposed project is available for public review at the City of Cathedral City
Civic Center, Planning Department, 68-700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
