LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of public hearings to be held concerning the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and the proposed budgets for the Tehama County Department of Education and the School Districts in Tehama County, in accordance with Education Code 42103 and 52062. Prior to the public hearings the proposed LCAP and Budgets will be available for public inspection. The dates, times and places for the public inspection and public hearings are listed below.
