CITY OF CUPERTINO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL TM-2024-009, ASA-2024-015, TR-2024-044 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its special meeting of Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:45 p.m., the City of Cupertino City Council will meet at Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014 and via teleconference to conduct public hearing to consider a Tentative Map (TM-2024-009) and Architectural and Site Approval (ASA-2024-015) for a 51-unit townhome-style condominium development with the demolition of four single-family homes, and a Tree Removal Permit (TR-2024-044) for the removal of trees associated with the development. The project is located on Sites 25 through 28 of the City's Priority Housing Sites in the City's 6th Cycle Housing Element. The project utilizes Senate Bill 330 and provisions of State Density Bonus law.
