CITY OF CUPERTINO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 2026-27 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (AAP), FUNDING RECCOMENDATIONS, and FUNDING APPROVAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Quinlan Center Conference Room located at 10185 N Stelling Road, Cupertino, CA 95014 the City of Cupertino Housing Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the FY 2026-27 AAP. The AAP provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals related to housing and community development with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Citizens are invited to submit comments and feedback on the FY 2026-27 AAP either during the meeting or during a 30-day public comment period which will be held from April 28-May 28 leading up the meeting. The draft plan will be posted by April 28 on the City's website at https://www.cupertino.gov/Your-City/Departments/Community-Development/Housing/Housing-Document-Library. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings will be held to consider funding allocation distributions for the aforementioned programs: At the regular meeting of the Housing Commission on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Quinlan Center Conference Room located at 10185 N Stelling Road to recommend approval. At the regular meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City of Cupertino 10350 Torre Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014 to approve and authorize. In addition to this notice, public noticing was distributed electronically via email interest list and posted to the City website 14 days prior to each meeting in accordance with Citizen Participation Plan procedures.
