CITY OF CUPERTINO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 FEE SCHEDULE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:45 p.m., the City of Cupertino City Council will meet at Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014 and via teleconference to conduct a public hearing to consider amending the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Fee Schedule. Interested parties are invited to address the Council. A copy of the proposed Fee Schedule and cost and revenue data required pursuant to Government Code section 66016(a) will be available beginning April 2, 2026, for public review. Please contact the City Clerk's office at cityclerk@cupertino.gov to make viewing arrangements. If you wish to challenge the City Council's action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written or electronic correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino City Hall 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014 at, or prior to, the meeting.
