NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE §3502.3 (ASSEMBLY BILL 2561)
In accordance with California Government Code Section 3502.3 (AB 2561), the Board of Directors of Mission Springs Water District (the District)will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the District's Administrative office located at 66575 Second Street, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240.
Pursuant to AB 2561, public agencies are required to annually present the status of vacancies, recruitments, and retention efforts at a public hearing prior to the adoption of their annual budget. At the scheduled time and date, the Board will hear and consider all public comments related to this item. Any person may submit written comments on this item to Mission Springs Water District at board@mswd.org. This is an informational item; no action will be taken.
