NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP) AND THE BUDGET OF EL MONTE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY The Governing Board of El Monte City School District will hold public hearings on the LCAP and the BUDGET OF THE DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2027, PRIOR TO Final Adoption as required by Education Code Section 42103 and 52062. The public hearings will be held at 3540 N. Lexington Ave, El Monte, CA 91731 on June 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting. Pursuant to Education Code 52062, members of the public may submit written comments regarding specific actions and expenditures proposed to be included in the LCAP.
