NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fort Bragg Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at Town Hall, at the corner of Main and Laurel Streets (363 North Main Street), Fort Bragg, California. The public hearing will concern the following item: APPLICATION: Local Coastal Program Amendment 26-0011 (ENT 26-0011) FILING DATE: 2/1/2026 APPLICANT: City of Fort Bragg PROJECT: LCP Amendment to update the Coastal Land Use and Development Code to include regulations (already added to the Inland Zoning Code) for Cannabis Businesses (17.52.055 17.52.057, 17.42.057), Vacation Rentals (17.42.190) and Formula Business (17.42.075), and to revise regulations for Animal Keeping (17.42.040), Telecommunications Facilities (17.44), Density Bonus and Affordable Housing Incentives (17.31), Inclusionary Housing Requirements (17.32), Signs (17.83), Landscaping (17.43), and Definitions (17.100). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Adopt a Resolution Providing a Recommendation to City Council Regarding Proposed Zoning Amendments to the Coastal Land Use and Development Codes. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project is statutorily exempt from CEQA per � 15265 (c) Local Coastal Programs.
