ALAMEDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2025-2030 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN The Urban Water Management Planning Act requires the Alameda County Water District (ACWD) to update its Urban Water Management Plan (Plan) by July 2026. The 2025-2030 Plan includes an update to the Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). Draft Plan Available for Public Review and Comment ACWD released the Draft 2025-2030 Plan and WSCP on May 7, 2026. These documents are available for public review and comment through the end of the public hearing described below. The Draft 2025-2030 Plan and WSCP documents can be viewed at ACWD's website at: https://www.acwd.org/.
