NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMITA public hearing will be held before the Hanford City Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Civic Auditorium, 400 N. Douty Street, Hanford, California, pertaining to the following:Conditional Use Permit No. 0058-26: a request to locate a massage therapy business in the O-R Office Residential zone district. The project is located at 804 N. Irwin St. Unit C (APN 010-185-014).All interested persons may appear to present testimony at the hearing.
