NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON RECREATION ROLL
Notice is hereby given that a report has been prepared by the Board of Trustees of the Incline Village General Improvement District containing the several recreation rates, tolls, and charges for the services of the recreation lands and facilities of the District, including, without limitation, the acquisition, administration, operation, maintenance and improvement therefor, and the servicing of bonds issues or to be issued therefore, the furnishing thereof, the service thereof, the availability of said services, and for the standby of said lands and facilities and the services and operation thereof.
Said rates, tolls and charges were established by Resolution No. 419 adopted October 5, 1967, and amended April 16, 1968, by Resolution No. 451, and further amendment July 13, 1976, by Resolution No. 1261 of said Board, and are to be collected on the general County tax roll. The Recreation Facility Fee and Beach Facility Fee or the 2026-2027 Recreation Roll are proposed to not to exceed a combined $1,530.
Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 4 pm at the Administration Building Board Room, 893 Southwood Boulevard, Incline Village, Nevada, has been fixed by the Board as the time and place when and where it will hear and consider said report and all objections and protests, any may revise, changed, reduce or modify and charge and finally approve and adopt said report.
Reference is hereby made to said report and said resolutions on file with the District Clerk and open to public inspection.
