NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Agency of the City of Laguna Hills will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
Conditional Use Permit No. USE-0250-2025, a request by Shawn Zuo on behalf of Alliance Vet, for approval of a Veterinary Hospital located at 25226 Cabot Road, located in the Freeway Commercial (FC) Zoning District.
Environmental: The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations. The Class 1 exemption applies to the permitting or minor alteration of existing structures.

Please reference hearing title and date of hearing in any correspondence. If you wish to challenge the above in court, the challenge will be limited only to those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to, the public hearing described in this notice.
