LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF LOS ANGELES Draft Environmental Impact Report ENV- 2024-6372-EIR. 3822-3828 S Figueroa St, 3801-3833 ½ S Flower Dr, and 468-470 W 38th St, 90037. The 3822 S Figueroa Project (Project) proposes a new 7-story, mixed-use building comprised of 209 dwelling units (including 16 Low-Income, 22 Very Low- Income, and 4 Extremely Low-Income households); and 2,705 sf of retail and restaurant uses, with a maximum height of 86 ft, and 252,148 sf of floor area on a 1.4- acre site. The Project involves the demolition of 8 multi-family residential buildings (7 within the Flower Drive Historic District), and surface parking areas. Anticipated Significant and Unavoidable Environmental Effects: Project-level and cumulative impacts related to historic resources.
