STANISLAUS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROJECT PLN2026-0002 MODESTO TOYOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will meet in the Basement Chambers, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of approval for PLN2026-0002 MODESTO TOYOTA - request to amend the zoning designation of a one-acre parcel from planned industrial (P-I) (2) to planned development to expand the permitted uses to include a vehicle inventory parking lot for the adjoining dealership. The Board of Supervisors will also consider approval of a CEQA exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (Common Sense Exemption) for this project. All documents are available for review on the Board's website: http://www.stancounty.com/bos. A copy of the Board of Supervisors Report will be available for review at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at the said time and place, interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. Material submitted to the Board for consideration (e.g., photos, petitions, etc.) will be retained by the County. If a challenge to one or more of the above items is made in court, persons may be limited to raising only those issues they or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board.
