STANISLAUS COUNTY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Stanislaus County Planning Commission (PC) will hold a meeting on THURS, MAY 07, 2026, at 6:00 PM, Joint Chambers, Basement Level, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider: 1) PM & VAR APP NO. PLN2025-0124 – ROSE & MARMON PARTNERSHIP – Request to subdivide a 15.07± ac. parcel into a 2.47± ac. parcel and a 12.6± ac. remainder in the Gen Ag (A-2-10) zoning district. A variance to Section 21.20.060 of the Zoning Ordinance is required to allow a parcel less than 10-acs. in size to be created. The project site is located @ 7524 Gilbert Rd., btwn Valley Home Rd. (SR 120) and Rodden Rd., in the Oakdale area. APN: 006-083-048. 2) VAR APP NO. PLN2024-0072 – BYRD – Request for a variance to Section 21.20.060 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a parcel to be adjusted to less than 40-acs. in size. The Variance is required to approve the adjustment of the lot lines of 4 parcels in the Gen Ag (A-2-40) zoning district. The project site is located @ 17300 Yosemite Blvd., btwn Reservoir Rd. and Dienstag Rd., in the Waterford area. APN: 008-005-031.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of CEQA Negative Declarations for projects 1 & 2.
The CEQA Review Period took place from Mar 06, 2026 to Apr 09, 2026. All documents are available for review @ 1010 10th St., Ste. 3400 Modesto, CA 95354 & online at www.stancounty.com/planning/.
At above noticed time and place, interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
