NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGBIENNIAL BUDGET ADOPTION FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026-27 (FY27) FOR $31,702,000AND FISCAL YEARS 2027-28 (FY28) FOR $32,343,000 FOR THENAPA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY-TAX AGENCY (NVTA-TA)NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the JoAnn Busenbark Board Room at the Soscol Gateway Transit Center, 625 Burnell St., in Napa by the Napa Valley Transportation Authority-Tax Agency (NVTA-TA) during the NVTA-TA Board of Director’s meeting to receive public testimony and adopt the proposed NVTA biennial budget for Fiscal Years 2026-27 for $31,702,000 and 2027-28 for $32,343,000. The annual amounts are subject to revision prior to the public hearing and adoption of the budget.
