IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, CITY OF NAPA, 955 SCHOOL STREET, A REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY SAID PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NAPA AT WHICH TIME AND PLACE ALL PERSONS MAY ATTEND AND BE HEARD UPON THE APPLICATION OF:PHOENIX ULTRA LOUNGE USE PERMIT – 1000 MAIN STREET, SUITE 120 (PL26-0001) An application for a Use Permit for a Cocktail Lounge within an existing building. The property is located within the Downtown Core Commercial General Plan Designation and the Downtown Core Commercial (DCC), Floodplain Management (FP), Soscol Corridor (SC), and Parking Exempt (PE) Zoning Districts (APN: 003-172-002).
