NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Piedmont Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Piedmont on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 120 Vista Avenue, Piedmont, California, for the following Items: Introduction of the Proposed Budget for 2026-27, Proposed Levy of the Municipal Services Special Tax, and Proposed Levy of the Special Municipal Sewer Tax and Consideration of the Proposed Operating and Other Funds Budgets, Schedule of Fees and Charges, and Appropriations (Gann) Limit Public Review: The hearing will be held by the City Council at its regular meeting scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6 p.m. Members of the public have the ability to participate in the meeting by coming to the Council Chambers or joining the meeting via ZOOM Teleconference, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 54953. The details of the virtual meeting are included in the meeting agenda, which will be available on the City of Piedmont's web site at https://piedmont.ca.gov. The proposed budget, fee amendment and tax rates may be reviewed during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Office of the City Clerk, 120 Vista Avenue, Piedmont.
