NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Cucamonga School District ("School District") will hold a public hearing at 4:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is practical on May 14, 2026 to allow for public comment prior to consideration of adoption of a Resolution which would approve a "School Facilities Fee Justification Report for the adoption of new updated statutory school fees for new residential and commercial/industrial construction pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995 ("Report") prepared for the School District by KeyAnalytics. The public hearing will be held at the District Board Room located at 8776 Archibald Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. If adopted by the Board of Trustees, the Resolution and the Report would authorize the imposition of updated statutory school impact mitigation fees on new residential development within the School District as permitted by Senate Bill 50, Chapter 407 of the Statues of 1998. The Analysis is available for public review at the School District Office located at 8776 Archibald Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 from the period of May 4, 2026, through May 14, 2026. Copies may also be purchased from the same office. The Board of Trustees will respond to written comments on the Analysis at or before the public hearing.
