City of Rancho Cucamonga Notice of Public Hearing Placement of Special Assessment/Lien for Delinquent Solid Waste AccountsNotice is hereby given that a public hearing concerning placement of special assessment/lien for delinquent solid waste accounts has been scheduled, for the 21st day of May 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard in the Council Chambers of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. On April 17, 2026, the current list of solid waste accounts will be available for review at the City Clerk Services Department during regular business hours: Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. At the public hearing, the City Council shall consider all protests of the property owners listed in the delinquent account report. Property owners can file a written protest to be submitted to the City Clerk Services Department no later than 4:30 p.m., May 20, 2026, at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730 or emailed to City.Clerk@cityofrc.us.
