NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA CITY COUNCIL The Rancho Cucamonga City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center, Council Chambers, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, to consider the following described projects: Public Hearing to Consider a Request to Develop an 86,194 Square Foot Industrial Warehouse Building on Approximately 5.2 Acres of Land Within the NeoIndustrial (NI) Zone, Located on the South Side of Whittram Avenue Between Etiwanda Avenue and Hickory Avenue at 13045 Whittram Avenue; APNs: 022916204, 05, 11, 12, and 13. This Item is Categorically Exempt from the Requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Under Section 15332 Infill Development Projects. (Design Review DRC202500320 and Conditional Use Permit DRC202500323). At the April 22, 2206, Planning Commission hearing, the Commission voted to recommend approval of the project.
