NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PENINSULA UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees ("Board") of the Peninsula Union School District ("District") at its regular meeting on Thursday April 30th, 2026, will consider the adoption of a Resolution to increase the existing Level 1 Developer Fees on development projects within the boundaries ofthe District for purposes of funding the construction or reconstruction of school facilities pursuant to Education Code Section 17620. The proposed Resolution and supporting justification study will be available for public review at least ten (10) days prior to adoption by the Board, as required by law, at the District's Administrative Office, located at 909 Vance Ave, Samoa, CA 95564, and on the District's webpage: www.peninsulaunion.org. On Thursday, April 30th, 2026, the public hearing will begin at 4:30 p.m., or as soon as practicable thereafter, in the District's Administrative Office, located at the address provided above. The public hearing will be held in-person. Any written comments must be submitted as set forth below by no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the public hearing. Any person challenging the approval of the Developer Fee increase in a court of competent jurisdiction after the conclusion of the public hearing may be limited to only those issues raised at the hearing or in written correspondence received by the District by the submission deadline.
