PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request for a Coastal Development Permit and a Major Design Review in connection with a proposed amendment to an approved multi-family residential development resulting in an increase in the number of residential units from 12 to 19 units, on a 0.31-acre site in the General Urban (T4.5) zone within the Midtown Corridor Specific Plan and in the Coastal Overlay Zone.
