PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request for Major Design Review, Lot Line Adjustment, and Waivers to allow for an increase of the 3rd story footprint for the construction of a multi-family residential development with 15 units including 2 inclusionary units (Project) adjacent to an existing one-story single-family residence on a 0.27-acre parcel in the Urban General (T4.1) zoning district within the Downtown Specific Plan, located on a property addressed as 1279 Meta Street, and commonly referred to as APNs 073-0-154-090 and 073-0-154-060 (Project Site).
