NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2025 REGIONAL URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN BY GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY (GSWC) will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING for the purposes of adopting its 2025 Regional Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and its Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). Information regarding the PUBLIC HEARING is as follows: System Name: Claremont & San Dimas Date: May 26, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM PDT Public hearings will only be held virtually by Webinar. Additional information on the public meeting, including a link to participate, is available on GSWC's website (gswater.com). The 2025 Regional Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan were prepared pursuant to the Urban Water Management Planning Act and the California Water Code. The California Department of Water Resources requires every urban water supplier to prepare and adopt an Urban Water Management Plan, including the Water Shortage Contingency Plan, and periodically update the Urban Water Management Plan at least once every five years, in years ending in six and one. GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY welcomes and encourages all interested entities participation at the public hearing. A copy of GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY's Public Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan will be available for review prior to the public hearing and adoption meeting. The documents may be reviewed at GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY's office located at 630 E. Foothill Blvd., San Dimas, CA 91773 and can be accessed online at www.gswater.com. Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing.
