CITY COUNCILPUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of March 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano, will conduct a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at 25925 Camino Del Avion, San Juan Capistrano, California, to consider the following item:Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 25-001, Ortega Ranch Subdivision: A request to subdivide an existing commercial office park into 12 individual building parcels and one common parcel, located at 31351, 31431, 31451 Rancho Viejo Road & 31441 Los Cerritos Avenue (APNs: 650-142-06, 13, & 650-151-22) and a finding that the proposed project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). The Planning Commission considered the proposal on February 11, 2026, and recommended City Council approval of the requested Tentative Tract Map. The project file is available for public review at City Hall at 32400 Paseo Adelanto, during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend the City Council meeting to provide comments on this item.
