NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORO LOMA SANITARY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Sanitary Board of Oro Loma Sanitary District will hold a public hearing on proposed amended Ordinance No. 35, "An Ordinance Regulating the Installation and Connection of Sanitary Sewers, Establishing a Permit System, Adopting a Schedule of Fees and Deposits, and Providing Liabilities and Penalties for Violations." NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT FURTHERMORE, the proposed amendments to Ordinance No. 35 are intended to update and clarify the District's sewer ordinance to reflect current practices, improve consistency with District standards, revise and modernize definitions, update permitting and inspection requirements, refine provisions related to sewer lateral inspection and maintenance, incorporate backflow prevention requirements, and make other administrative and technical revisions. The amendments also reflect implementation of the District's Point of Sale Sewer Lateral Inspection Program approved by the Board of Directors on February 18, 2025. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the hour of 5:00 p.m., said Board will hear and consider all oral and written comments regarding the proposed amended Ordinance No. 35. The May 26, 2026, meeting will be held in person at the District's Boardroom at 2655 Grant Avenue, San Lorenzo, CA 94580, and via Zoom teleconference. Oral or written presentations can be made.
