PROVIDING PUBLIC COMMENTS: Public comments may be provided using the following options:
• In Advance of Hearing – If you wish to submit your comments in advance of the meeting, please submit your comment to Charles Anthony, Case Planner, by email at charles.anthony@venturacounty.gov by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, the day prior to the hearing. Please indicate in the Subject Line, the Case number (i.e., Case Number PL24-0021).
• On Zoom During Hearing – You must be connected to the meeting prior to the close of the public comment period for the item you wish to speak on.
All Planning Director hearings are conducted on Zoom. Any person is privileged to attend in person to provide comments on this matter. If you wish to attend the hearing in person, this request should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing by calling (805) 654-2478 or in writing to Luz Juachon, Administrative Assistant, at luz.juachon@venturacounty.gov or by mail to Resource Management Agency-Planning Division, Attention: Luz Juachon, Administrative Assistant at 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura CA 93006-1740.
Any person is privileged to attend and be heard on this matter. If you challenge the above-described action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing as described in this Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the County of Ventura at, or prior to, the public hearing. This project is not appealable to the Coastal Commission; therefore, a fee will be charged for appealing the decision.
Persons who require accommodation for any audio, visual, language, or other disability to review an agenda, or to participate in a Planning Director Public Hearing per the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA), may obtain assistance by requesting such accommodation by calling (805) 654-2805 or emailing Charles Anthony at charles.anthony@venturacounty.gov.
