RANCHO CALIFORNIA WATER DISTRICT 42135 Winchester RoadTemecula, CA 92590(951) 296-6900NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on: Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 8:30 AM in the Board Room of the District's Administration Building, located at 42135 Winchester Road, Temecula, California, the Board of Directors of the Rancho California Water District will hold three (3) public hearings to consider adopting a budget and various fees and charges for fiscal year 2026/2027, to consider adopting the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP), and to consider adopting the 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP).
In accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act, the District has prepared a 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and a 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan. Copies of the draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and a 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan are available for public review at the District’s headquarters.
All persons desiring to speak on the subject are invited to attend the public hearing on the date indicated above.
