NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing, as provided by law, will be held by the THOUSAND OAKS PLANNING COMMISSION to consider and decide the following application. Said continued PUBLIC HEARING will be held Monday, May 11, 2026, 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard), in the Andrew P. Fox City Council Chambers/Scherr Forum Theatre, City Hall, 2100 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard, 2nd Floor, and via videoconference / teleconference. This Public Hearing was previously scheduled for April 13, 2026 and was continued to May 11, 2026. Any person is privileged to attend and be heard on the matter below. For further information, see the Planning Commission Agenda. If you challenge the granting or denial of any and all permits issued for the project listed below, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, this public hearing. PROJECT NO.: Precise Plan of Design (PPD) 2025-70042 APPLICANT: DAF Trust REQUEST: To allow the demolition of an existing 3,348 square-foot one-story single-family dwelling and construct a new 6,023 square-foot one-story single-family residence with an attached garage, covered porch, patio, and associated hardscape improvements within the Single-Family Estate (R-O) zone.
