CITY OF VALLEJO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE VALLEJO CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: Hearing Date, Time & Location March 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Vallejo City Hall, 555 Santa Clara Street, Vallejo Project Name & Application(s) Vista Cove Residential Subdivision Tentative Map (TM23-0001), Planned Development (PD24-0001), Development Review (DVR23-0017), Design Review (DR23-0006), and Landscape Review (LR23-0002) Project Location & APN(s) 20.13-acre site at the northeast corner of Shady Lane and Wildflower Avenue (APNs: 0079-171-170 & 0079-120-100) Applicant: Sancerra Vista Cove, LLC Property Owner(s): Litton Chen, Tammy Dong, Terrence F.
