A determination of a Public Convenience or Necessity is required due to an overconcentration of off-site consumption retail alcohol licenses within the census tract. No construction is proposed as part of the project. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA): The project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA, Public Resources Code �21000, et seq. and California Code of Regulations, Title 14, �15000, et seq.) pursuant to Section 15301(e) (Class 1 "Existing Facilities") of the CEQA Guidelines. Such appeal shall not be timely filed unless it is received with the required filing fee set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. In the event an appeal period ends on a weekend or any day that City Hall is closed, the appeal period shall end at the close of business on the next consecutive business day.
