NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AB 2561 REVIEW OF VACANIES, RECRUITMENT, AND RETENTION EFFORTS FOR THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (Board) of the San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District (the District) will hold a public hearing on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. at the District's office located at 1145 N. Azusa Canyon Rd., West Covina, CA 91790, in accordance with Government Code Section 3502.3 (AB 2561). Pursuant to AB 2561, public agencies are required to annually present the status of vacancies, recruitments, and retention efforts at a public hearing prior to the adoption of their annual budget. At the scheduled time and date, the Board will hear and consider all public comments related to this item. Relevant documents will be available for public review starting on Thursday, April 2, 2026, on the District's website at www.sgvmosquito.org These documents will also be accessible at the District office during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays, in compliance the Ralph M.
