NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGPURSUANT TO THE LAW AND IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE MUNICIPAL CODE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE WEST COVINA PLANNING COMMISSION.CODE AMENDMENT NO. 26-01 GENERAL EXEMPTION LOCATION: CITY WIDE Project Description: Amendments to Chapter 26 (Development Code) of the City’s Municipal Code to update zoning and development regulations, including but not limited to provisions related to Transitional and Supportive Housing and Land Use Regulations and Allowable Uses tables, to ensure consistency with State law. The proposed amendment is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). If you wish to challenge the action(s) taken on the request(s), you may be limited to raising only those issues, which you (or someone else) raised orally at this public hearing or in written correspondence received by the City at or before the hearing.
