NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGON ANNUAL BUDGET OFLAKERIDGE ESTATES GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTFOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees of the LAKERIDGE ESTATES GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, Douglas County, Nevada will hold a Public Hearing on the Annual Budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027 on Thursday, May 21, 2025 at 3:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Lakeridge Estates Pavilion / 1263 Pier Lane, Zephyr Cove, Douglas County, Nevada.Copies of the Annual Budget are available for inspection and on file pursuant to NRS 354.596, with the Douglas County Clerk in Minden, Nevada; the Secretary of said District, at said principal office and at the office of the Nevada Tax Commission, Carson City, Nevada.
