NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees of the ZEPHYR KNOLLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, Douglas County, Nevada will hold a Public Hearing on the Annual Budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027, on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. of said day, at 233 Warrior Way, Zephyr Knolls, Douglas County, Nevada.Copies of the Annual Budget are available for inspection and on file pursuant to N.R.S. 354.596, with the Douglas County Clerk in Minden, Nevada; the Secretary of said District, at said principal office; and at the office of the Nevada Tax Commission, Carson City, Nevada. The Annual Budget has been prepared in such detail and on appropriate forms as prescribed by the Nevada Tax Commission.
