NOTICE CALLING FOR QUALIFICATION/ PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the NORWALK-LA MIRADA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT of Los Angeles County, California, will receive qualifications for: RFQ/P NO. 2526-6: A/E SERVICES FOR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK PROJECT.” Request for qualification/ proposals (RFQ/P) are due on or before 2:00 p.m. on April 29, 2026. All information and components of this RFQ can be found at the following website: https://www.nlmusd.org/departments/business-services/purchasing/bids Qualifications must be submitted electronically via email to: nlmusdfacilities@nlmusd.k12.ca.usAll Proposals shall have the subject that reads “RFQ/P No. 2526-6: A/E SERVICES FOR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK PROJECT.” Requests for information regarding this RFQ/P must be submitted via email to all personnel identified below: Bomee Yoon, Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Planning & Construction, byoon@nlmusd.org [byoon@nlmusd.org] on or before 2:00 P.M. April 17, 2026. All responses and other materials submitted in regard to this RFQ/P shall become the property of the District. The Board of Education of the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District reserves the right to be sole judge as to the merit, quality, and acceptability of services proposed and their compliance to the specifications which, in the Board's opinion, will best serve the interest(s) of the District. Furthermore, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters (as it relates to Public Contract Code 20118.2), and to waive any irregularity. Proposing firms are hereby made aware that the District will not reimburse any costs for the preparation or submission of the proposal to any proposing firm for any reason. No firm may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing date and time set in this document.
