NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Rifle, Colorado has adopted Ordinance No. 10, Series of 2026 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIFLE, COLORADO ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF RIFLE, COLORADO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE SHERWIN WILLIAMS ANNEXATION.
A copy of the ordinance is on file at the office of the City Clerk and may be inspected during regular business hours. The entire ordinance is available in full at www.rifleco.org. This notice is given and published by order of the Rifle City Council.
